La morte, la morte, la tristezza profonda della morte, l'ingiustizia della morte, della fine degli affetti. E' necessario forse dare un senso alla morte, per rispetto e amore verso chi non c'è più e ci fu caro, anche se la ragione e la scienza ci dicono che ciò non ha un senso, ma senza di ciò la vita è senza senso: gli affetti, che, in fondo, razionalmente, poggiano sul nulla, sono paradossalmente l'unica sostanza della vita.
Passiamo ad una cosa meno seria e meno partecipata emotivamente. La sera, la luna, la notte, da sempre nella fantasia dei poeti, ed anche nei non-poeti, hanno rimandato a qualcosa di nostalgico e di triste, e, nello stesso tempo dolce e consolatorio. La nostalgia è una parola greca che vuol dire letteralmente dolore dell'anima, ma è uno strano dolore, non è come le nevralgie e tutte le algie, che fanno male e si cerca di sfuggire. La nostalgia ha un suo fascino, un potere edonistico-sensuale. Io avrei, condizionale d'obbligo, una mia teoria che potrebbe spiegare perché l'uomo reagisce in modo differente al sorgere del sole e al tramonto di esso, cioè alla sera e alla luna. Sarebbe troppo lungo spiegarlo. Ci sono motivi, oltre che psicologici, anche fisici, qualcosa che ci avvicina al fenomeno delle maree e fa sì che ci siano poeti che amano cantare: " E’ cosi triste la vita

p.s.1: il motivo fisico della differente reazione dell'uomo al sorgere del sole o della luna e' dovuto, per me, ad un aumento pressorio dell'Humor (liquido) a livello dei ventricoli cerebrali.

Bush offers swift Golan withdrawal
Bush offered to press Israel to quit Golan if Syria cuts Iran ties
U.S. President George W. Bush has apparently offered his Syrian counterpart, Bashar Assad, to press Israel to withdraw from the Golan Heights if Damascus promises to cut its relations with Iran, the Kuwaiti newspaper al-Jareida reported on Friday.
According to the report, Bush made the offer in a handwritten letter transferred to Assad by Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.
A Palestinian Authority (PA) source quoted in the report said Bush reportedly proposed "a quick and satisfactory solution" to Syria's dispute with Israel over the Golan Heights. The "solution" was to be finalized "within several weeks, before the U.S. presidential elections, in order to push the Middle East peace process, an achievement the president will be able to proudly present before leaving the White House in January,"
